• Serves as a communication link between the vision bearer and the ministry co-workers. 
• Coordinates the monthly fellowships 
• Draws the monthly fellowship program in consultation with the vision bearer and communicates the same to the co- workers.
• Coordinates logistics for various Ministry activities like crusades, workers retreats and missions. 
• Makes announcements during Ministry fellowships as directed by the vision bearer. 
• Note taking and record keeping of deliberations during retreats or other ad-hoc meetings.
